We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe. However, only UK mainland customers can buy online. For delivery to other areas, please contact us with your full address details for delivery rates.
Please note that our office opening hours are between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours but could take longer during busy periods. We provide a standard 3 to 5 day courier delivery service for regular orders and a pallet service for large orders.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times or call before delivery. A signature is usually required on receipt, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. To arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our sales team. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, or if you have chosen to collect your order, a member of our sales team will contact you with further details.
We hope you are delighted the products you order from us. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel or return all or part of your order, you have a legal right to do within 14 days of receiving the goods.
